As the country grapples with the uncertainty brought upon us by the COVID-19 outbreak, IMC remains a place for hope and healing. We are committed to delivering quality, personalized, and reliable healthcare that meets your needs.
IMC has developed safety protocols to ensure that patients who need face-to-face care, healthcare workers, support staff, and visitors on our premises are protected from exposure to COVID-19. We conduct enhanced cleaning of our work stations twice a day to reduce the risk of contamination and infection.
All IMC staff has been provided with Personal Protective Equipment such as Facemasks, Sanitizers, Medical gloves, and Infrared thermometers to maintain a clean and sterile environment for our patients. All Clinical staff has also undergone training for the management of possible COVID-19 cases at a Primary Care level.
To ensure that the premises are sterilized, visitors will be screened for COVID-19 symptoms at the gates and entrances using a simple screening tool that was developed per WHO recommendations. Furthermore, all patients and staff are required to wear facemasks and observe spacing restrictions in waiting areas and meeting rooms.
Finally, all IMCs have a designated tent where suspected COVID-19 cases are kept in isolation until they can be taken from the premises by the Ministry of Health staff to COVID- 19 treatment centers.
Your safety is our priority. We have established these measures to minimize the risk of COVID-19 transmission. You can now focus on getting the care you deserve knowing that we are dedicated to keeping you healthy and safe.
We look forward to serving you.
